Recent Grand Isle Review: "Huge rooms, state of the art appliances, countertops, patios, decor - and that's just the room! Expect everyone here to know you by name and greet you like family. To say I was impressed with this place is an understatement. When we arrived my jaw dropped. The pictures really don't do it justice. And to top if off the level of service is better than what I've received at other four and five star hotels. We wanted to rent a car one day while there, and the rental company informed us that there were only more expensive cars avaliable. Called the concierge and the concierge had the more expensive car at the lower rate - delivered and picked up from the hotel! Everyone just makes you feel like they are there to make your experience perfect. The bartender at the outdoor bar also runs an excursion company. Had a blast with him."
